Welcome to Ellis Financial Solutions. Please review the following terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully, as they govern your use of our credit repair services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Services Provided

Ellis Financial Solutions offers credit repair and related consulting services, which may include:

Credit report review

Disputing inaccurate or outdated information with credit bureaus

Credit score monitoring and advice

Personalized financial tips and mentoring

Tradeline additions (where applicable)


2. EligibilityTo use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Provide accurate, current, and complete information

Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts

3. Payment and Refunds

Basic Package ($500): Credit report review, dispute services, credit monitoring

Advanced Package ($1000): All of the above plus credit building tips

Premium Package ($2500): All of the above plus tradelines and mentorship

Free initial consultation is included with all packages.

All payments are due in full before services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Policy:
We do not guarantee specific results. No refunds will be issued after services have commenced, except where required by law. Clients may cancel before services begin for a full refund


4. Service Duration & Results

The credit repair process lasts approximately 3 months (3 dispute rounds).

While some clients may see results within the first 30 days, timelines may vary.

Ellis Financial Solutions does not guarantee removal of all negative items or a specific increase in credit score.


5. Client Responsibilities

Provide all requested documentation and accurate information

Continue paying all open accounts on time during the repair process

Avoid opening unnecessary credit while repairs are underway

Communicate any changes or correspondence from credit bureaus promptly.


6. No Legal Advice

Ellis Financial Solutions is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. All services are for informational and educational purposes only.


7. Privacy Policy

All personal and financial information shared with us will be handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. We do not sell or share client data with third parties without consent.


8. Limitation of Liability

Ellis Financial Solutions shall not be held liable for:

Delays in credit bureau responses

Errors by credit bureaus or data furnishers

Actions taken by third-party creditors or lenders

Any damages or losses resulting from use of our services


9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. If services are terminated by the client after work has begun, no refund will be issued.


10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

Return and Refund Policy
